In short, it increases the likelihood of warm and pre-qualified leads, reducing the need for excessive selling. I’ll use the AIDA marketing model as a structure and example of what this looks like:

  • Initially, online ads, social media posts, blogs, and videos raise awareness of you and your subject area.
  • When they’re interested, webinars, downloads, FAQs, email series, and guides provide more information.
  • In the desire phase, demos, comparison charts, testimonials, and product videos aid evaluation and decision-making.
  • And when they’re ready to take action, free trials, consultations, onboarding, and action guides make it seamless.
