What does success look like on your website? And have you defined it on Google Analytics?

Website tracking software is capable of telling an awful lot about how your website is used, but you have to define success.

So, here are some examples of conversions that can be set up:

  • Clicking on a link to send an email or make a phone call.
  • Filling in a form
  • Downloading something
  • Watching a video
  • Going to a particular page

If you’ve got e-commerce tracking, then a sale would be great and if you’re not sure which of those to use, then maybe your website needs some tweaks.
