Could you make it more appealing for your ideal customers to get in contact?
What’s the call to action that you use across your marketing? If it’s simply to “get in contact”, then you might be asking for too much from your audience. After all, you know the processes you go through to know if you can help somebody and how, but they don’t know that. They might also feel like they’re making a commitment to work with you the minute that they pick up the phone, so we suggest a call to action with a more defined process and deliverables that someone can get involved with.
Examples from our own work are a website review or claim your free marketing assessment today, all of which you can take from the resources page of our website. You can go and check them out, if only to see how the page is laid out, to clearly define what’s involved, what people get and where to start.
Next week is a new month and a new theme and we’ll focus on getting things done.
