Is your product ladder too steep?

If someone wants to work with you for the first time, is the risk they take worth the value? Or does it require a leap of faith that maybe some people just aren’t willing to take.

If you want to make it easy for someone to get on that first rung of the ladder, then you might be able to offer a smaller product or productised service, such as an assessment, a report or a plan, that even helps them to decide what the next commitment is that they’re going to make.

For example, we offer an audience analysis and a marketing plan which is a one-off standalone product that provides value. This also helps people to know what ongoing package they might want to commit to next.
