Does your marketing help people to know, like and trust you?

You’ve probably heard that in order to buy from you somebody needs to know, like and trust you. So, does your marketing help people to do that?

Let’s start with knowing you: This will be about facts and figures, how does your company operate, where from, how long has it been established.
Moving on to likeable: do you have a visible likable spokesperson representing your brand? What about your company values? Are these shared and consistently reinforced and do you share humour anywhere?
Finally trust: Guarantees, testimonials, case studies, awards and qualifications all help to reduce perceived risk and build trust in a potential customer.

Consider how you could inject information and experiences into your customer journey that help people to know, like and trust you so that they’re ready to buy.

Next week is a new month and we’ll be focusing on your messaging.
