What does your customer journey look like? This month we’re focusing on marketing funnels and customer journeys, so what steps do you think or would like your potential customers to take before becoming customers? On average, it takes seven touchpoints before somebody becomes a customer, so what are they for you?

Map out the steps because that will give you an idea of where the leaks might be. For example, do people find you easily but they don’t really get an opportunity to know, like and trust you? Or maybe there’s a problem with the transition to becoming a customer?

Whatever the case, design your customer journey with intention because then you can apply measurements and make improvements.
