What is omnichannel marketing and why should you care?

Have you heard of omnichannel marketing? It’s a customer-centric approach in which all marketing channels are coordinated so that a customer has a consistent experience, the same visuals, same messaging. Simple, right?

Well if you’re a huge retailer not so much especially if you have,
online, offline, and in-store marketing, and often different departments or different companies are managing each of those.

Even if you’re not a huge retailer it’s important to consider the whole experience that a customer has when all of your marketing is combined as it impacts how they feel about your brand and how likely they are to buy from you.

So over the next few weeks, we’ll be dealing with some of the common marketing channels and how they contribute to your marketing funnel.

Next week we’ll start with PR. You can also register for our free webinar in early October called “What is a marketing funnel and why do you need one?”.

Register by the link or you can watch the replay after the webinar has passed.
