Payment terms

Prices exclude VAT. Projects require a 50% deposit upfront and 50% will be invoiced on project completion. Payment terms for invoices are 30 days from the invoice date, excluding the deposit.

How does it work?

Through two 90-minute sessions, we gather insights to build these profiles. While you know your customers well, we help extract the details needed for smarter marketing and business decisions.

How does this differ from the Value Scope?

If you serve more than one audience, and most businesses do, the audience analysis process will identify what distinguishes these groupings and prioritise by business priority so that you know who to target, where to put your marketing effort and making a sales and marketing plan becomes a no-brainer. In addition to assessing the value that you can provide for the top 3 profiles, we asses their motivations, pain points or objections, and how they may consider the competition in relation to you. A much more comprehensive analysis than the value scope, ideal to support a sales page, or script.
