Local marketing and web design for The Hearing Centre
Description of company
The Hearing Centre, established in 2008, is an independent specialist hearing and tinnitus centre. The successful practice is based in Leicester city centre but the audiologists also operate in Market Harborough and Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
A full spectrum of audiology tests and treatments are available at the centre including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, wax removal, tinnitus treatments, noise protection, swimming protection and more.
The owner was looking to rebrand the ‘London Road Hearing Centre’ under a new name, with a new e-commerce website and generate publicity of the branches in the local press. With many options available for those with hearing problems, The Hearing Centre wanted to establish their services throughout Leicestershire as the go-to centre.
The Ideal Solution
As a result of the expansion from their base on London Road, Leicester, the original ‘London Road Hearing Centre’ name was no longer suitable, and so, it was decided to rebrand the company as ‘The Hearing Centre’. Subsequently, a new logo and fresh e-commerce website with online booking capabilities were created.
With the foundations in place, The Ideal Marketing Company set about generating publicity around the centre’s opening in Market Harborough. The opening coincided with National Tinnitus Week so it was decided that the Hearing Centre would host an event which offered free hearing tests for attendees.
A series of print advertisements have been designed by our in-house design team. These adverts have been run in the Leicester Mercury, the region’s most-read newspaper.
What was achieved
Coverage of the Market Harborough branch opening was gained in local print and radio, this led to a successful and well-attended launch of the new branch.
Since then, the Ideal Marketing Company has helped to promote a number of open days, events and offers for the centre. Annual events such as Tinnitus Awareness Week have led to the centre’s audiologists appearing on radio interviews with BBC Radio Leicester and Harborough FM.
