Action: This is where many businesses fall down. Make the first step to working with you explicit, manageable, and incredibly easy. Don’t make them jump through hoops to become a client.

When you map out your topics using these four stages, you do all the heavy lifting in advance. The next time you sit down to write, you will know exactly who you are talking to and what you need to say. It takes the guesswork out of marketing, giving you a clear path to a better return on your investment.
