Have you checked what your Google My Business Profile looks like at the moment? Google has automatically added a notice that ‘hours or service may differ’ which may make your customers question if the information on there is current. There are two things you can do to counteract it.
Log into your Google My Business Account and:
- Add your covid-19 statement as a post
- Add ‘special hours’ which is usually used to confirm open and closing times during bank holidays/Christmas. This will remove the notification.
